Powering your Fanvil handsets
Fanvil desk phones are typically powered over the network cable from a PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch. A PoE switch or individual power supplies are not included with the handsets, but we can supply either at an extra cost.
PoE switch
Powers and connects several handsets from one device. Best for offices with multiple desks.
Individual power supplies
A plug-in power adapter for each handset. Suits small setups or desks away from a switch.

Offer terms
- Offer available to new business customers. Minimum two extensions.
- Extensions are free of monthly charges until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, extensions are $25 inc GST per extension per month for 2–9 extensions, $22 inc GST per extension per month for 10–19 extensions and $20 inc GST per extension per month for 20 or more extensions.
- The customer must purchase IP handsets or a wireless headset outright from Niche Telecommunications’ current stock. Hardware offer available while stock lasts.
- Shipping and onsite installation are charged separately.
- Calls to Australian local, national, mobile and 13/1300/1800 numbers are included. Fair use policy applies.
- Omnichannel messaging and AI add-ons are charged on usage. Call centre reporting and wallboards incur additional setup costs. AI trials include 120 minutes of call transcription and 60 minutes of AI Receptionist.
- No fixed-term agreement is required. Customers who commit to a 12-month agreement by 31 December 2026 and pay monthly by direct debit save 7.5% on the monthly extension price; a 24-month agreement saves 15%. These savings apply to the monthly extension price only and do not apply to usage fees or additional subscriptions.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
